Shipping & delivery
I ship all items Royal Mail First Class within the UK, and by Air Mail internationally. My shipping prices cover postage and safe packaging. In keeping with my shop’s recycling ethos, wherever possible I will use recycled or re-used packaging.
I aim to dispatch items to you within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment. Once I have posted the item I will send a confirmation email to let you know your item is in the post.
All items are posted using Royal Mail’s Signed For or Special Delivery services (or Tracked & Signed internationally), so loss or damage during delivery is fully insured against.
International mail normally takes 3-7 working days depending on the destination, however in extreme cases items can take a lot longer if there are delays at customs. Please note that I cannot take responsibility for an item being witheld by customs services.

Refunds or exchanges
I take great care in my work to ensure its quality and integrity. I do my best to describe each piece as fully as possible and take many photos of each item, particularly when working on bespoke commissions.
Refunds or exchanges are available within 7 days of receipt of an item, except for bespoke pieces. The item must be in its original unused condition when returned. I reserve the right to refuse any returns if the condition of the goods differs from that in which it was sent out.
In all cases, please contact me by email within 24 hours of receiving the item if you are not happy with your purchase and are thinking about exchanging the item or obtaing a refund.
All refunds will be directed through the original payment method. Please note that the buyer is responsible for covering the cost of returning the item, except in cases where a fault has occurred. Please obtain proof of postage if you return an item.

I do offer the opportunity for commissioned or bespoke pieces. Please get in touch for more information. A 50% deposit is required before any work on a bespoke piece starts.
I make every effort to ensure that the photos on this website are an accurate representation of each Becoration. However, I cannot be held responsible for minor differences in colour that are often displayed by different screens.
